Andrea became a qualified food science and technologist however her passion
for Business and people has seen her rise in the service industry from Trainee Manager, through various Management and Senior Management roles and eventually to Boardroom level.
As Managing Director of Autograph Foodservice, the Business and Industry division of Rentokil Initial, Andrea is well versed in the machinations of Global Blue Chip Companies and has developed a deep understanding of how they operate in every department from Finance to Sales to Personnel to Purchasing.
She was consistently the most successful Sales Manager in the Company which resulted in the Chief Executive Award for achievement. Andrea has won major contracts with multi-national Blue Chip companies such as BP and her biggest success was winning the contract at BNFL in Sellafield, the largest single workplace in the United Kingdom. She credits her success in Sales and Management to one specific area - her ability to communicate with people, whether they are employees, current or potential clients. The adage "People Buy People" is very much the foundation of Andrea's Management Style and her knack of developing long standing, robust relationships and Business Partnerships has been the key to her Company's growth. Andrea has now combined this philosophy with Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques to form a powerful force in Management Training. She is able to use her own experience in various business environments to bring the best out of others by training them in how to adapt their behaviour to maximise opportunities. Her greatest strength in this area is that her depth of knowledge allows her to prove the application of the psychology of influence and persuasion in a Business context. Andrea's training design and style is based around her understanding of how people learn quickest and excellent communication skills. Employing accelerated learning techniques; training sessions are interactive, fun and have pace whilst keeping the content highly commercially focused and relevant to the business environment.
