Meet Our Team - Collette Hobson Collette Hobson Associate Trainer Collette has over 12 years experience working in Training and Development and Human Resources. She is a fully qualified Human Resources professional, who has worked in a wide range of companies in the pharmaceutical industry, private and public sectors, specialising in Recruitment, Human Resources and Training and Development.
Roles have included: - International Director of Pharmaceutical company, managing training of Sales/Marketing teams, Training Officers and responsible for HR department.
- Consultant - Training, Coaching, Human Resources.
- Training Manager - Training and Development of Sales/Marketing teams - training plan, initial training course, management development program.
- Sales conferences, exhibitions.
- Business Coach specialising in Management and Field Trainers/Coaches.
- Human Resources Manager - generalist role encompassing employee relations and law, recruitment and retention, training and development.
Collette is accredited for running Assessment Centres, Performance Management implementation and Targeted Selection Recruitment. She has a Diploma in Business Coaching and is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Institute of Professional Sales. Collette has worked with clients to enhance their employees and in turn their businesses. Training in various skills, for individuals to excel in a new or existing role, or to meet a new challenge - promotions, new business opportunities, appraisals, team and project work. She possesses a sound understanding of the value of developing business teams and the provision of comprehensive or basic training programs, set to a high standard. Much experience of providing training on an individual or group basis through bespoke courses and skills training linked to the business and individual's needs.
