World Of learning AwardsWednesday, 22 October 2008 Professional Excellence's work with the Carpetright finance team has led to a nomination for the World of Learning Awards. This work was based around management development for the finance managers. The work included Professional Excellence's Motivational Maps, followed by a Graphic Strategic Journey Planning Workshop. This then led on to the management team embarking on Advance Management Development System. One of the metrics used to assess the teams development was their level of motivation based upon their Motivational Maps score as a team. The aim was to increase the score by 10% over the year. What they actually achieved was a 18% increase in 6 months. It was anounced last week that Professional Excellence are now finalists in the World of Learning Awards. |
